Refunds

• No refunds available. You can however transfer your ticket to another attendee. Notify us at info@levelheadacademy.com to make a transfer request

Cancellations

• If you must cancel a class due to a sickness such as COVID-19, please email info@levelheadacademy.com at your earliest convenience.

  • We may honor your ticket as a credit for another upcoming class.
    

No Show

• No refund or credits given for ticket holders that do not show up to class.
