Metal Heads

“Metal Heads” is a hands-on educational experience all about foil highlighting. This class is for all skill levels (including professionals who have never foiled before!). The class will begin with a talk about foil basics and a demonstration.
Following the talk + demonstration, there will be a hands-on workshop on manikins. All attendees will learn the dynamics of foil highlighting. Attendees will learn 2 partial highlighting + 2 full highlighting techniques that are salon-friendly. Specifics will include how to section properly (including diagrams), how to place a foil and how to add color or bleach to a foil.
Attendees will leave with a comprehensive understanding of foil highlighting and when to use foils instead of open-air techniques.

(Manikins will be lent for this class but attendees will not leave with a manikin head)
We will take a 30 minute break during class. Feel free to bring a snack etc. There are a couple of food options nearby.
